Also just thawed some blueberries. Anyone have a blueberry pie recipe quick and easy? Thanks.

POTATOES 'N BOLOGNA

2 tbsp. (heaping) mashed potatoes
1 slice bologna
1 tbsp. grated cheese

For each serving, use above ingredients.
Fry bologna until it curls up into a boar shape. Put potatoes in center. Cover with grated cheese. Heat in moderate oven until cheese has melted. Kids love it.

BLUEBERRY CREAM CHEESE DESSERT

CRUST:

1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup flour

FILLING:

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces Cool Whip

TOPPING:

4 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup sugar, divided
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water

Combine crust ingredients; spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan and cook for 15 minutes at 350 F. Cool.
Cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip.

Spread over cooled crust.

Combine 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Add water then 2 cups of the blueberries. Cook over medium heat. stirring constantly, until thickened and translucent. Crush some of the blueberries as they cook.

Remove from heat and add remaining sugar and blueberries. Cool. Spread over cream cheese filling and chill.

Surprise Casserole

1 med. size ring bologna
1 med. onion
1/2 green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (#2 size) can cream style corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk
8 oz. fine egg noodles, cooked
Buttered bread crumbs

Skin bologna. Put it, onion and green pepper through coarse blade of food chopper. Saute in butter. Add all but bread crumbs which are added to the top after rest has been placed in greased 12 cup casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Serves 10 to 12. Don't tell it's bologna. They'll never guess.

Golden Wedding Salad

2 pkgs. macaroni shells
1 pkg. rings
1 1/2 c. salad dressing
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. cream
Salt (optional)
1 ring Sweigert coarse ground bologna
1 1/2 c. ground carrots (raw)
1 c. frozen peas
1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped

Cook, rinse and cool macaroni. Remove skin from bologna and grind meat. Mix all ingredients and chill overnight. May need to add a little more cream or salad dressing before serving.

No Bake Blueberry Pie

2 c. gingersnaps, finely crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatin
1 can whipped cream

Mix crushed gingersnaps, sugar and melted margrine in a bowl when all crumbs are moist. Press in a pie plate with fingers and form a crust. Mix 1 can blueberry pie filling, lemon juice and Knox unflavored gelatin in a bowl, mix thoroughly. Pour in pie shell. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. Top with whip cream before serving.

Easy Blueberry Pie

1 can blueberry pie filling
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. box (2 env.) Dream Whip

Mix together cream cheese and sugar. Mix Dream Whip by directions, then mix with cream cheese and sugar. Pour into cooked crust. Top with blueberry pie filling. Makes 2 pies. Sometimes I use those bought graham cracker ready- crust. They are good.

I dont know what is ring bologna...
About the blueberries...

you can make a blueberry cake...

2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2 sticks butter room temp
4 eggs
vanilla ( eye ball it for your taste)
1/4 cup warm milk
2 tsp baking powder

get all your dry ingredients together and set them aside
then bring sugar and butter and mix and mix till it changes color, and feels creamy
add egg by egg and when is all mix, add the flour little by little.
when the flour is integrated, add the warm milk and mix all well.

in the microwave, melt 1/2 stick of butter and mix in 1/3 cup sugar, ground cinnamon and the blueberries...
in your baking pan, place the blueberries on the bottom and then add the cake batter.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes and longer if you are using a glass pirex. or until the tip of a knife comes out clean.

this tastes really good warm with icecream

Cut the ring into pieces about an inch and a half long. Put in a pot with water, add dice potatoes, and salt to taste. Cook until the potatoes are done. Drain. You can serve as is, or remove the Bologna and mash the potatoes.

I don't have a recipe for your blueberries but witht he ring bologna you could make red beans and rice.....go to store and buy zatarans boxed red beans and rice and add thebologna to that or fry potatoes and slice into that...a good recipe website is razzledazzlerecipes.com

cut the bologna into about 2 inches on the bias cut some green peppers and onions and mushrooms
all about the same size so they will all cook in about the same amount of time
throw them all into a hot pan with some olive oil and garlic cook until it is done serve with rice or mashed potato

i had that on Thursday it was good

fry the bologna and use as a side for a breakfast for dinner recipe, sub for bacon or sausage. add some scrambled eggs, hashbrowns and toast. southern people do it all the time. as for a pie recipe you wouldnt want one from me.

You can use it chopped into mac and cheese or hamburger helper if you are in a hurry. Otherwise, you can cook it with peeled potatoes and sauerkraut. You can chop it up with tomatoes and onions, potatoes on the side. You can get creative and use it however your taste buds feel.
