ok i just need to know what all i need like the suger what would be the measurment an i if have the recipie how will i follow it because i kbow i need to fry it up and that because i have the flour trotia. so please help me i need it ASAP

Ok, if you want to make them from scratch then I have to call my grandma to get the actual recipe. However, here is an easy way to do them. Buy the tortillas that are not cook! (costco or guerrero the purple package) let them dry for about 3 hours, then fry them in oil until they are brown but not burn! once out sprinkle them with sugar and ground cinnamon! (mix together about a cup of sugar and 2 teaspoon of cinnamon -) or pancake syrup. Let me know if it works! or I'll call grandma! good luck!

Bunuelos

3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 beaten eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Fat for frying
Anise Syrup

In saucepan heat milk and butter to boiling; cool. Stir in beaten eggs. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt; add egg mixture and mix well. Knead dough on lightly floured surface 2 to 3 minutes until smooth. Shape into 20 balls. Let rest 5 minutes. Roll each ball into a 4 inch circle. Fry in deep hot fat (375 degrees) about 4 minutes or until brown, turning once. Drain on paper toweling. Drizzle with Anise Syrup. Makes 40.ANISE SYRUP:

In saucepan bring 1 cup piloncillo or packed dark brown sugar, 1 cup water, and 1 tablespoon aniseed to a full boil. Reduce heat; boil gently, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes or until syrup is thick. Strain. Makes 3/4 cup.

well firt you get some flower and thin you get some whit powder and thin you make thiem into a big circle and thin you what intel they get a little bit hard and thin you put thiem into oil and thin whin the bunuelos are geting big thin you flip it to the other side and thin you take it out and thin you keep on doing the same thing and last you put the candy thin yourr done making the bunuelos....
