Here are some basic directions for rice crispy treats. You can always jazz it up by adding some chocolate chips or peanut butter drizzled on top.

1 or 2 bags miniature marshmallows
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups Kellogg's Rice Crispy Cereal

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add marshmallows.
Stir until mixture becomes difficult to stir any more. Mix in the Rice Crispy Cereal and stir until hot.

Butter a pan (a square pan like a brownie pan) and spread mixture evenly in the pan. Allow to cool and cut into squares.

Get a regular bag of marshmellows, stick of butter. Melt the butter in a pot on the stove. Add the marshmellows. Stir until liquified (all on medium heat so it doesn't burn). Add the rice crispies (I just eyeball the amount as to how much it is all sticking together, usually most of the box). Keep stiring until the rice crispies are evenly coated. Grease an 8x12 pan (or whatever you have) and put the rice crispy mix in the pan and let it cool. Then enjoy!

I LOVE rice crispy treats and I make this recipe as often as I can (probably more often than I should).
