FRIED CAT!!??? Are you SERIOUS? Either you typed that in wrong or "cat" is a euphemism for something else...are you sure you don't mean fried CATFISH? If that's the case, I can help you. But fried CAT...I don't know from.

Any old moggy will do, try your neigbours puss, first, decapitate, defur, skin, bake on 180 dergrees for one hour 15 minutes, baste with virgin pussy pee, turn every 20 minutes, take from oven and allow to cool before thinly slicing and serve with slack macs fries. oughta be a hoot. bon a petite.

Go to any real Chinese restaurant. They most likely use a similar recipe. You might also want to try Beagle Stew.
