If so, how? I got a small steaming stand but not big enough to hold a whole chicken or pork chop, what should I do?

I think you can actually... sort of like a slow cooker (crockpot).

The times might be different though (faster or slower), and would depend too on the thickness and density of foods, as well as what type of rice cooker you have ("fuzzy logic" or not?) ...for example, a whole chicken or even a leg would take longer than cut up bits or a breast (white meat).

Also, like a slow cooker, if you want to keep something away from the high heat of a cooker like that or "steam" it, you can put the chicken on top of some raw potatoes or carrots or even on wads of aluminum foil or a small ceramic plate just to raise it up off the bottom (completely out of any liquid for "steaming" or just off the bottom in liquid for "braising").

Here's one recipe for making chicken and rice in a rice cooker: http://www.gourmetsleuth.com/arrozconpollo_ricecooker.htm

Many rice cookers and some rice-cooker cookbooks also have recipes for foods other than rice. You might want to go to a bookstore and check out this book, or similar ones:

I wouldn't there is no way that the chicken or pork is going to reach the internal temperature that it needs to be, without it spending many hours in the rice cooker. Not to mention that you would have to keep turning the rice cooker back on because they are designed to cook rice, then shut off the heat source so the rice doesn't burn.

Yes you can. Make sure your pot is really big enough as you need to completely cover the bird with cold water, add a few bay leaves and peppercorns, bring to the boil then down to a simmer for as long as it takes, depending on the size.
Good luck, have fun enjoy your munch.

I cook anything from rice to meat in a pressure cooker. I don't have a rice cooker so Idk how it works. Probably, like a preassure cooker. If so, take a look at this recipes:
