I am planning on cooking a romantic dinner tomorrow night. I found a great recipe-"Maryland Crab Shells." I would like some sort of meat dish to go with it, nothing on the heavy side. I would prefer something fancy. Please give me some suggestions and also, how to prepare it. Thanks for helping out :)

Even though they are popular in many countries, chicken wings are not very popular meal down here in south america. I tried buffalo wings for the first time in one of my trips to US and became a fan of them. I later searched for all kinds of wings recipes and now they are a basic in my parties. However, I never knew why they were called like that. What buffalo has wings? Buffalo, New York. I just found that. Probably it is a very silly answer for most of chicken wings eatres, but I didnt know, and I found it good point to share anyways.
WHAT IS YOUR BEST BUFFALO WINGS RECIPE?

I am giving away 10 points because I felt for a lady that was "robbed" by a big company.
An e-mail form a lady that went to this Cafe in Dallas, and the waitress charged her 250 dollars for the recipe of the cookie on her credit card. She understood 2.50. They refused to reimburse her and told her that it was her problem. It is delicious!

2 cups butter
24 oz chocolate chips
4 cups flour
2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 ts p. salt
2 cups sugar
18 oz. Hershey Bar (grated)
5 cups blended oatmeal
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups chopped nuts (your choice)

Measure oatmeal, and blend in a blender to a fine powder. Cream
the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, mix together with
flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add chocolate chips, Hershey Bar, and nuts. Roll into balls, and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 112 cookies.

I am looking for some low carb recipes for hearty meals. I do low carb but my boyfriend doesn't. It's hard to make meals that both he can enjoy and I can eat. I'm looking for hearty recipes that won't make him feel like he's missing out on something.

I have recipes books and have pulled the websites, but am looking for some actual recipes that you have tried and made yourself that worked out well. Thanks!
