I'm looking for a new way to make pork chops. Something besides just stovetop cooking. Does anyone have a great seasoning blend or marinade idea? Thanks.

I bought some "Sweet rice" at the store and I want to use it. I was thinking of some sort of Thai/asian sweet rice recipe. I have mango, strawberry's and blackberries.

Any ideas of what I can USING the "sweet rice"

I love chocolate chip cookies. But my favorite part isn't the chocolate chips! I like the cookie part. SO, if I wanted to make a fresh batch of cookies without chocolate chips, what would these cookies be called?

I am making homade tamales and hope to prepare both batches early, the first even earlier (duh). I don't want them to dry out and would prefer not to re-heat... but this might be the best way. If I should reheat, please include how. Thanks!

I'm looking for a web site that would let you enter ingredients you have on hand--say celery, mushrooms, and squash--and would spit out a variety of recipes that use those ingredients. Do you know anything like that?

If you don't know of such a site, would you please build one for me? Thanks.

After years of never trying the stuff, I finally tried Velveeta cheese. I did exactly as the instructions say on the box for using the cheese as a dip (for corn chips) put it in the microwave for 6 minutes and stiring after 3 minutes. (I did use less cheese then the box suggested though.) Well, I start dipping and after about 15 minutes the cheese is hard and cold!!! I can heat it back up for about a minute but I get the same end result...Hard Cheese!!!What am I doing wrong? DId I use to little cheese and too long in the microwave? Is there another kind of cheese that would work better? I really want it to be like the kind of nacho cheese dip that you buy in a jar in the store or at a ballpark. It stays at dipping consistensy all the time. Or should I just buy the stuff in a jar? TIA!

They aren't the moths, they are long thin black or dark brown. Not roaches, about the size of a grain of rice. My powder sugar and flour and rice are full of them, I had it in ziplocks in my pantry. I'm afraid I fed some of them to my family. Will they make us sick if we ate them in something not cooked? What are they? It looks like I will lose everything in my pantry.
