I just bought some from the store and it is very good. I imagine that home made would be even better. So, I would appreciate any recipes you have. Thanks.

I need to make guacamole for tonight but my avocados are still rock hard! Would it be safe (as in okay for the stomach) if they were eaten unripe? Would it be okay to mush them up with a mixer so i can make my guacamole?
Any suggestions will be appreciated! Thanks

I am not allowed to have gas or charcoal on my terrace. I understand that I would be sacrificing flavor, but I really don't have any options and I do not want a George Foreman Grill b/c I prefer the food odors to be outside.

What do you recommend?

Thanks in advance.
