I like to cook them up just like they say too with out the seasoning, drain, then add sliced chicken, steamed squash, broccoli, snow peas, and mushrooms. With soy sauce.

I have a good recipe that I make using the noodles.
I cook the noodles without the seasoning packet, set aside while I make meatballs. To the pan I cooked the meat, I add mushrooms fresh and sliced, a can of green beans a can of cream of mushroom soup and stir in the noodles at the end, adding some of the seasoning packet if it needs it. It is so easy and so good. Sometimes I cook up some thin pork chops instead of meatballs and do the same.
Soup, as has been mentioned, adding chicken and veggies, I also like the ramen, cabbage salad recipe. As follows:
Cook 2 chicken breast halves, cook and dice or shred to make 2 cups.
Combine chicken with 2 TB almonds- toasted or not
1/2 head shredded cabbage
2 green onions, sliced
1 pkg ramen noodles, broken up and not cooked with the seasonings - chicken flavor
In a glass jar or bowl combine:
1 Tb sugar
1/2 veg oil
1 tsp salt , 1/4 tsp pepper
3 Tb vinegar
2 Tb seasame seeds toasted- opt
Pour over salad and toss. Add more salt and pepper if needed. Makes abt 6 servings.
I'm sure there are a ton of recipes out there, but these are some that I use and that I know are good! Have fun!

Noodle Chicken Salad:
2 (3-ounce) packages chicken-flavored ramen noodle soup mix
1 (2- to 3-pound) roasted whole chicken
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, divided
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 head romaine lettuce, torn
5 green onions, sliced
Optional ingredients: 1 (10-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained; 1 cup sliced mushrooms; 1/2 cup sliced celery
Remove flavor packets from soup mixes, reserving 1 packet. Break noodles apart on baking sheet. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 4 to 5 minutes or until browned, stirring every minute.
Pull chicken from bones, and coarsely chop; set aside.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in large skillet over medium heat, and add almonds and sesame seeds; cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet, and set aside.
Add remaining butter and chicken, and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Whisk together seasoning packet, oils, vinegar, and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Add lettuce, green onions, sesame seed mixture, chicken, and noodles, tossing to coat. Add optional ingredients, if desired. Serve immediately.
Yield: Makes 4 to 6 servings

I know of some good salad recipies with Ramen, but I can't remember what was in it. Try going to www.ramennoodle.com and see what comes up. Any time I want ideas for some product I just type it in and I'm shocked how often a website pops up. Good luck.

There is actually a ramen website with millions of recipes for ramen.
I always eat mine normal...in the broth, but I squeeze half a lemon over it, and a few drops of tabasco. Yummy.
