FoodNetwork.com has a site for Rachel Ray and that is her specialty, 30 minute meals. She offers a variety of meals and all of them can be done in 30 minutes or less. Full meals not just appetizers and snacks. She even offers shopping hints.

My mother makes a fruit salad at Thanksgiving that is something along the lines you are asking about. It is 1 can of cherry pie filling, 1 can drained of mandarin orange segments, 1 banana sliced, 1 small can of crushed pineapple, a handful of sweetened coconut, some Cool Whip or fresh whipped cream, and some chopped nuts (I think she uses pecans, but I am sure walnuts would work as well). A couple of times she has added blueberries, but I do not think they worked too well. I hope this helps. Happy Holidays!

GREAT ITALIAN MEAL!
Lasagna: real easy and fast and you can bake it in advance.
You just neef meat (beef or chicken), tomatoes, carrots, lasagna and concentrated tomatoe sauce and butter and flour for the bechamel. It takes around 20 mn to cook and 40 mn to bake.
But I usually bake it 15 mn and put it back in the oven when my hosts are here. You can also eat the left overs which taste great.
Just have lettuce with it and a tiramisu in dessert!

My favorite place to look for recipes is Recipezaar. There are different categories you can search by, like: 3 ingredients, main ingredient, event, etc. And each recipe has complete nutrition information listed as well. the recipes are reviewed by regular members (membership is free) and rated on a 5-star system.
