I have a honeysuckle lean turkey breast roast. It does not have bones or skin. It is not wrapped in netting. It is simply a lean cut roast probably 4 lbs.

Any recommendations for how to make it? I eat low fat and low cal, which is why I bought it. I'd like to make it so that it has good flavor and not too dry!

I was eating some veggie dip and was like "this stuff is pretty expensive and seems to be just like salad dressing, but *maybe* thicker". Does anybody know what the difference is between a dressing and a dip? Is it strictly the thickness? I haven't looked into it yet but i think dressing is cheaper so i figured maybe i should stop getting $3.80 things of veggie dip and get me some dressing.

What I do is use about two or three eggs, I add a little milk and I put it im my magic bullet blender and whip the mess out of them. I put them in a frying pan, and then they start to foam up and look like the consistancy of pancake batter. When I try fold my omelet it breaks instead of folds. Why is my omelet always thick and fluffy. I dont understand why I cant get it right. Can someone tell me what im doing wrong and then tell me how to make a perfect omelet

Does anyone know how to make the Greek food called Maqloobeh? My friend was talking about it and said she also calls it Upside Down. This is her version and it doesn't make that much sense to me. If anyone knows the correct way to make it or the exact directions....please let me know.

Sarah's version

upside down (Macluba-arabic)

cut chicken into pieces and bake in oven
season with salt pepper sazzon and complete seasoning

fry potatoes, carrots, eggplant, and califlower

let 2/3 cups of rice soak in hot water for 30 min.

fry vermaccelli with butter and pour over raw rice

season rice with salt, complete seasoning, sazzon, maggi(chicken flavor), all spice, and very little curry

put cooked chicked and fried veggies on the bottom of pot then rice over it

fill pot with water until rice is cooked.
