I have a honeysuckle lean turkey breast roast. It does not have bones or skin. It is not wrapped in netting. It is simply a lean cut roast probably 4 lbs.

Any recommendations for how to make it? I eat low fat and low cal, which is why I bought it. I'd like to make it so that it has good flavor and not too dry!

I know this may sound weird, but cook it in a crock pot. I used to do my small turkeys that way. Put in about 1 inch of water, some seasoning (like salt & pepper). Turn on the crock pot for 6-8 hours on low. Turns out super moist and yummy.

I was going to suggest to make it in a crock pot also. But my turkey roast IS in netting... Any other suggestions besides roasting it in an oven? Is it possible to cut the netting off and then make it in a crock pot?
