We call ours Irish Spaghetti, but I'm not sure why...

Ingredients:
1 lb box spaghetti
1 lb bacon
1 can tomato sauce
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
1 onion
5 celery stalks

Cube bacon into 1 inch strips and fry. Drain off excess grease. Saute' diced onions and celery.
Boil water and prepare pasta as directed. Drain pasta, do not rinse.
Mix pasta, bacon, celery and onion, 1/2 bag cheese, and tomato sauce together.
Put mixture in a cassarole dish and cover with remaining cheese.
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.

This is a great one everyone loves it and easy.
Hot Antipasto

-2 packages of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
-1/4 lb. Sliced Ham
-1/4 lb. Sliced Salami
-1/4 lb. Sliced Provolone Cheese
-1/4 lb. Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
-1/4 lb. Sliced Pepperoni
-1 can of Sliced Black Olives (drained)
-1 small jar of Roasted Red Peppers (drained)
-3 Eggs
-2 tablespoons Grated Parmigian Cheese

•Pre-heat oven to 325°
•Press one package of crescent rolls into 9x13 pan (bottom only), making sure to press all the “seams” together.
•Then start layering ingredients:
1) Ham
2) Mozzarella
3) Salami
4) Provolone
5) Pepperoni
6) Olives
7) Roasted Peppers
•Beat the Eggs and Parm Cheese together. Set aside 2 tablespoons full of egg mixture.
•Pour the rest of eggs/parm over the ingredients.
•Press the other package of crescent rolls over the top. (It’s easier if you press the dough out on a cutting board and then pick the entire thing up and place it on the top –it doesn’t have to be perfect.)
•Brush the top layer of dough with the remaining 2 tablespoons of egg.
•Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
•Remove the foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry

1-2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast( diced into 1 inch cubes)
4 Colored bell peppers(Red,Orange,Yellow,Green)
1 Onion diced
Mushrooms washed and cut in half
1 can Pineapple chunks
1 bottle Teriyaki sauce
3 Tablespoons EVOO(Extra virgin olive oil)
Rice or Pasta

Put enough teriyaki sauce in a bowl;add chicken then cover with saran wrap, and refrigerate.

Dice up the peppers, and onion, and cut up mushrooms; stick in a bowl and set aside.

Drain Pineapple but reserve 1/4 cup of the juice.

Once chicken has absorbed teriyaki sauce, add EVOO to a large skillet and cook chicken until done. Remove chicken and add mushrooms, onion, peppers, and pineapple;Stir fry a couple minuets until onion and peppers are softened.

Boil rice or pasta.

Pile rice onto plate, and spoon stir-fry over it, when using spaghetti: put cooked spaghetti into the pan that had the stir-fry in it, and let the spaghetti cook a bit to absorb the flavorings.

Mix 1/4 cup of reserved juice and remaining teriyaki sauce into a bowl and whisk together.

After plating spoon some of the remaining juice over the dinner, and ENJOY!!!!!!!!!

My favorites are two passed down from my grandma. One is home made hash. Basically is cooked roast beef ground up, with ground up potatoes and ground onion. put in water with seasonings and it makes its own gravy. You get a couple of slices of white bread and pour the hash over it. Then there is home made macaroni and cheese with Real Mild Cheddar and Sharp Cheddar cheese with real butter. Baked in the oven. It is awesome......

pudding cake is my favorite.

you bake a chocolate cake and when its out of the oven and slightly cooled take the opposite end of a wooden spoon and poke holes in the cake all over. Then pour chocolate pudding in the holees and on the top. put it in the refridgerator until it is completely cooled and the pudding is done solidifying. Then take whipped cream and spread it on the top.
