I just bought a book called "Rachel Ray's 365 no repeats".
It has 365 recipes, each of which takes 30 minutes or less. They use simple ingredients, and simple preparation techniques. I just made a really good stew from chicken and a bunch of canned ingredients like corn, black beans, and chicken bullion. Added a few spices and onions, and it's a stew.
I've loved every recipe I have made from it so far (about 7 different things).

Google Campbell's Kitchen. They have lots of those recipes using soup.

well honestly if you like stir fry or most asian dishes they can be somewhat simple as a staple but pretty quick and tasty.
