Mine would have to be a good lasagne with a crunchy cheesy top, and lots of bechamel??? (spelling??) sauce. Whats yours???

Sushi probably. I love cream cheese and smoked salmon rolls and I make an awesome cream cheese and sweet pickle roll. Then there's always mackerel and crab stick *yums*
