Place salami slices on a foiled sheet.
Spoon a small dalop of sourcream on each center.
Chop some basil and place on top of the sourcream.

I have a great one that everyone seems to love - at least they disappear and it couldn't be easier! Steam asparagus just until al dente (not soft, but not hard either). Then take a chunk of Reggiano Parmesan cheese (don't use the cheap stuff!) and a thin slice of proscuitto (Italian ham) and wrap the cheese around the asparagus using the proscuitto. So it goes asparagus, chunnk of Reggiano Parmesan, all wrapped up with a thin slice of proscuitto. The asparagus can be room temperature (actually it's better that way). Very delicious and elegant. All my relatives and friends love it. Hope you try it!

Thin sliced salami or any meat of your choice, cream cheese and marinated asparagus or green beans.
Spread a small amount of cream cheese on the salami, place the asparagus or green bean in the middle and roll it up.
Experiment with herb-flavored cream cheese, try different marinated vegetables or just regular veggies. Try prosciutto or ham.

VERY SIMPLE!
Go to your local deli and get a pound of sliced salami. Also get a box (or two) of Philadelphia cream cheese.
Put a decent slab of cream cheese in the middle of a piece of salami, spread it, and roll it up like a cigar.
VERY good!
