Broil them w/ salt, garlic, & pepper ... Heat up some cream of mushroom soup & egg noodles. Put the noodles on the plate, place the pork chop on top, & pour cream of mushroom soup on. You can also fry the chops w/ the soup ...

I like to season them with salt & pepper put some butter in a pan with a lid. Melt the butter Brown pork chops. After they brown add some water cover and let simmer. They will be very tender. Sometimes I cut into bite size pices, they cook faster. Also, I sometimes add italian dressing, garlic or onion soup mix when I salt and pepper.

Also....

My favorite thing to do with pork chops is to brine them. Mix 1/4 cup of kosher salt with 1/2 gallon of water. You can also add peppercorns, bay leaves and other seasonings. Let the pork chops sit in the brine for at least 2 hours (preferably about 8 - I put mine in first thing in the morning). Brining will not make them salty but will make them really tender. After brining, cook on the grill, saute in a pan or broil - you will be amazed at how tender and juicy they are and how it brings out the flavor of the pork.

Easiest and best tasting thing to do with pork chops is to boil them in 3/4 cup water, 1/4 cup soy sauce with sliced onion. This makes a great meal for unexpected company, as you can boil them frozen, too. Cut chops into slices (if thawed, do so before boiling; if frozen, cut them after they've cooked a while. Serve over a bed of rice.

Brown 4 to 6 lean chops in small amount of olive oil in non-stick pan. Remove from pan & set aside. Add 1/2 of medium onion, chopped and continue to cook until onion is starting to carmelize (turn brown & become very soft). Pour 1/2 C of white wine, or madeira wine, chicken broth or even water over onions, and scrape pan to get the brown bits up. Return chops to pan. Season with fresh ground pepper, and salt, and garlic powder, if desired. Pour 1 or 2 can(s) cream style corn over chops. Cover and simmer until chops are tender (depending on thickness of chops) If it seems to be getting dry, add more chicken broth, or some water. This is wonderful served over garlic mashed potatoes with green beans, or asparagus!

You can use plain breadcrumbs or Italian breadcrumbs, bread it, and then sautee in olive oil. You can also bake the chops with the breadcrumbs so that they will have a nice crust. You can also marinate the pork in teriyaki and garnish with a bit of pineapple.
