frozen strawberries (don't get the mixed fruit unless you want lil raspberry seeds in your smoothie!) frozen blueberries, 3 heaping tables spoons of vanilla yogurt, or one of those little low fat containers of vanilla yogurt, V8 tropical smoothie juice (so good!) and ice... I add a raspberry "Emergen-C" to the mix to add more vitamins and give it a little tartness. YUM!

cold coffee, ice, a big scoop of vanilla ice cream, and some flavored creamer- whatever flavor you like, or you can use hershey's chocolate syrup (hershey's only- they make the best shakes)- top with whipped cream, yum!!

Fruity Sunrise Smoothie
2 cups orange juice
1 cup canned apricots with fruit juice
1 whole mango, peeled and pitted
1 cup of almond milk, soymilk or rice milk
1/4 cup wheat germ (optional)
6-12 ice cubes

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
2. Pour into two large glasses and enjoy. Serves 2.

Fruits Choco Smoothie
* 1 cup plain yogurt
* 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
* 2 bananas, frozen and cut into bite-size cubes
* 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- In a blender combine bananas, strawberries, chocolate syrup and yogurt. Blend until smooth.

* Serve chilled.

Avocado Shakes
* 1/2 ripe large avocado
* 1/3 cup the new Rich Flavours of Nescaffe, French-Vanilla, cooled
* 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
* 2 cups ice cubes
* 2 teaspoons vanilla
- Scoop avocado flesh into a blender.

- Add remaining ingredients and blend until completely smooth for about 1 minute in high speed.

Tips:
- Try not to scoop the skin of the avocado because it will confused the taste of the coffee and the bitterness of the avocado skin.
- Do not use evaporated milk as it wont blend nicely with other ingredients plus the taste will less delicious
- Nescafe can be changed with any other kinds of espresso or any strong brewed coffees with any kinds of flavours either original, mocca, etc

smoothie: 1 or 2 bannanas, 4-6 strawberries, and a 1/4 to a 1/4.5 cup of orange juice

shake: 5 scoops of vanilla ice cream and a candy bar of your choice(snickers is great), and a 1/2-3/4 of milk depending on how thick or thin you like your shake.

chocolate: 1 Tbls. unsweetened cocoa, 2 Tbls malted powder, 1 Tbls protein powder, 4 packets sweetener, 1 frozen banana, 4 or 5 ice cubes. Blend and enjoy!

Use your favorite fruit(s) and be careful when using bananas because the tend to overpower the whole shake or smoothie. I made the best milkshake with raspberries, strawberries, milk, and some ice cream. (add sugar if you want)
