The toast will have the most fat if it is topped with anything. However, topping toast with a fat is better for you than eating the toast plain. The butter slows down how fast your body metabolizes the sugar in the bread. This results in a slower increase in your blood sugar level thus resulting in less of this sugar being stored in your body as fat. As far as bread goes, white bread and wheat breads are all the same. Most have the same amount of sugar. Truly healthy breads are fiber enriched or whole GRAIN breads. Sourdough is good also because it has acid in it and that helps slow down the digestion process. If you are trying to be heart healthy dip your bread in extra virgin olive oil. This is a healthy fat that is actually good for you. Did you know your body needs healthy fat to burn up the bad fat in your body?

Is it "toaster toast" or "Texas toast"?
Toaster toast - same as the slice of bread
Texas toast - more fat.
It all depends on how you toast the bread. If you slather it up with butter or another fat, then put it into the oven, or on a hot pan to toast it, then you have added an additional layer of flavor, and calories, as well as fat.

It depends how what you are eating on the toast. But as far as just the bread/toast I would guess it should be the same amount, as fat doesn't cook out of bread like it does meat.

Assuming you put nothing on them, they have the same amount of fat, toasting them won't destroy fat.

If it's the same exact bread, they should be almost identical, with the toast having slightly less due to the heat applied. Although the difference would be unremarkable
