I have a package of turkey breast cutlets in my fridge that I would like to make for dinner. I need something super easy and without heavy fats or breading, etc.

I'm thinking I could marinate and then sautee in a pan, but not sure what to throw in with the cutlets. Any suggestions?

I put some ground beef in the fridge Thursday night to defrost for dinner on Friday. However, I ended up going out and wasn't home to cook on the weekend. I want to use it to cook dinner for tonight (Monday), but I'm a little standoffish.

I mean, it looks and smells just like any other raw ground beef, but I don't know if there's a shelf life in the fridge cuz I always keep it in the freezer.

Is it ok to use? Thanks!

I've seen a lot of recipes but some have just melted chocolate and some add butter, shortening, or half and half and sometimes vanilla. what do those extra ingredients do and does it make it taste better/different? THANKS

I don't want your typical cream of mushroom recipe. I don't mind putting some time into it. I would like to do something that has some type of a sauce involved with it.

(making a science project, and i need to stick some twizzlers together and then marshmallows on top of them, but i don't think regular old frosting will work. I need something like glue or something.)

They have a dessert at Ruby Tuesday's that is a slice of giant cookie topped with ice cream and caramel. It's like a super thick chocolate chip cookie. Like cake.
I think it's called the blondie.

How do they make the cookie part of it?

I was wondering if you know any good way to cook Pork Spareribs so that they fall off the bone when you eat them?

1. Do I Boil them first?
2. Do I just cook them for a long time (1-2 hours)

Please if you cook a great rib. And yours fall off the bone, please let me know how to do it. Thanks so much in advance.
