Oh, this is easy. You can either add BBQ sauce and serve over rice or on a bun....OR you can add veggies and tomato paste (just a few Tablespoons) and beef broth to make a soup/stew and serve with biscuits or corn muffins....OR you can stir fry some raw veggies, and add your shredded meat with soy sauce and serve a nice stir fry over rice...OR you could just warm up the meat and use it as a yummy filling in burritos. OK. Great. Thanks a lot. Now I'm hungry! (smiling)

I would do the bbq thing too but if you don't like it or want that you could get some of the Ream's noodles at the store and do pork and noodles with mashed potatoes and a veggie or you could use it in soup if you wanted to.

You can easily season it to your liking to make any of the following...tacos, sloppy joes/barbeque's, sandwich wraps. You could also make a quick pan gravy, add the shredded meat, warm through, and serve on toasted bread.

You can do all wheat or regular wraps on thin tortillas or you can also open a pita pocket and add a little hummus and a little lettuce and tomatoes.
It is always good stir fry in bbq sauce! :)
