Here ya go

Get a good rub mix at the store and put it on the ribs

Set your oven @ 250 degrees

Put your ribs on the broiler pan from your oven, that way the fat drips into the pan and the ribs don't sit in it.

Let the ribs go for 2-3 hours or until the meat has pulled up from the end of the rib bone.

Now you can brush them with sauce, try Sweet Baby Rays it's really good.

Now put them under the broiler or grill them until they brown up a little. Watch closely because the can turn to charcoal really fast.

Never, ever boil your ribs, yuck!

Keep covered, so that the smoke scents the meat. The longer and slower the ribs cook, the more tender they will be. Allow 1 to 2 hours if the ribs are in a sheet, about 40 minutes if separated. To cook over medium heat, halve the time. * Brush with She-Devil Barbecue Sauce when the ribs are almost done. Serve immediately, passing around the remaining sauce. * This recipe yields 4 servings. * Comments: Barbecued ribs are delicious rubbed with a dry spice mixture, then basted or "mopped," as they cook on the barbecue. The secret of their flavor is long, slow cooking, the ribs growing tender and smoky as they cook on the fire. Brush sweet and spicy "She-Devil Barbecue Sauce" on the ribs during the last 10 minutes of cooking, and offer an extra bowlful at the table.

I cook pork spare ribs like I cook any muscle meat that is rather tough to begin with; covered, with about a cup of liquid in the pan. (pot roast is the same)

With ribs, I pour barbeque sauce on the ribs, add the liquid to the bottom of the pan, seal it with foil and bake for 2 hours at about 325 degrees. I have a convection oven, but if you don't, add about 25 degrees.

The foil keeps the liquid from evaporating, and steam breaks down the connective tissue in the meat which tenderizes and makes it fall off the bones.

Sometimes I boil them first for asbout 5 minutes to get rid of excess fat. Then I put them in a covered casserole dish and cover them with a bit of barbecue sauce. I bake them at about 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, just to get the cooking process started and then reduce the heat to around 175 degrees and cook until the meat falls off the bone, checking for this about every 30 minutes after the first hour. When done I apply the sauce more liberally to let it soak in while the ribs cool off a bit before serving.

I also like them in the slow cooker w a bottle of bbq sauce. While I haven't tried this one yet, here's another method.

Tony Roma's Mouth-Watering, Fall-Off-the-Bone Ribs
Serving Size : 4

Chef Denis Zeeb, Tony Roma's - azfamily.com
2 racks (4 pounds) St. Louis ribs, skin removed from the backside of the ribs
Water
Barbecue sauce (any variety)

Place ribs on a rack inside a baking pan. Fill pan with about 1 inch of water. Cover pan with plastic wrap, then wrap with aluminum foil (to create a steaming effect); bake at 450 degrees F for 2 hours.Remove from oven about 10 minutes before ready to serve.

Heat grill to high. Place ribs meat-side down on the hot grill. Baste with barbecue sauce. When you notice the juice in the bone to begin to bubble, turn over and baste the other side of the ribs with barbecue sauce. Juice in the bone should begin to bubble again, then turn once more to cook briefly as the sauce caramelizes.
