How to you bake a cookie cake?

i just made the dough for it and now i want to make a giant cooke
so i can use my cookie cut outs

last night i made a stew and i forgot to put it in the fridge so it sat in a big saucepan with a lid on it on the stove the whole night-will it be ok to eat still or should i throw it away? it has in it beef, onion, green beans, carrot...thats it will it be ok?? i dont normally cook stews!

I buy bisto vegetarian gravy but find it overly salted so i tend to add more water then recomended. This makes the mixture too light and doesn't taste good. Any ideas on what I can do to thicken it up and anything i can add to make it taste better? I have been told to use flour but what kind?

Also any suggestions on a good vegetarin gravy apart from bisto?

For Valentines day I want to surprise my girlfriend with a romantic meal which I would make myself. I can make any meal with detailed instructions, but I'm not a chef by any means. Keep in mind she won't eat onions, peppers, ground beef, and most "unconventional" foods. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They've put our lives at risk is anybody still eating Turkey?
Can abbatoirs and animal slaughterers really be trusted. Turkeys with Bird flu. Cows with BSE..Chickens with Salmonella.

Sausages made with embryos, tumors, cancer, eyes, excrement, urine and steroids...How can they expect us to eat this stuff?

Give us safe food...or we'll go vegetarian.
