I fancy something with seafood (preferably salmon), noodles and spice. Something Thai based if posible. Any suggestions? Stir fry would be fine but fancy something with a bit of a kick to it

Oysters are supposed to do the 'trick'.

You could adapt them into a jolly nice Thai stir-fry with noodles.

HI-, Start with a nice veg soup with garlic bread, then a good size piece of salmon use a steamer to do the salmon if you have not got one put it in a shalow pan of water but not cover fish & wrap fish in tinfoil boil for 30 to 45mins, put pepper & butter on the fish & let it do slowly serve with boiled potatoes- peas & a nice creamy sauce, for the sweet get 2 pears & peel & leave the stems on & put to one side, put a good amount of casta-suger in a pan & melt to a toffee add some vanila escents & place in the pears leave on a lite for a few mins take out of pan when you think they are done but not to soft serve with double cream, Try the sweet before your day to see if it turs out iff not go for stawberries & cream, Good luck,D.F;

Make a glazed Asian Salmon with Spicy Peanut sauce noodles.

Can be prepared in 45 minutes or less.
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons light sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon water + optional 1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons oil

two 6-ounce pieces salmon fillet

In a small bowl whisk together honey, soy sauce, lime juice, mustard, ginger and water. In a small non-stick skillet heat oil over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking and cook salmon 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until golden and just cooked through. Transfer salmon to 2 plates. Add honey glaze to skillet and simmer, stirring, 1 minute. Pour glaze over salmon.

Serves 2.

Noodles:
12 ounces linguine (spaghetti or rice noodles work too!)
4 tablespoons orientalsesame oil
8 green onions, chopped
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons chili-garlic sauce
2 cups mung bean sprouts
1 cup finely shredded carrots

Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until tender but still firm to bite. Drain. Transfer pasta to large bowl; add 3 tablespoons sesame oil and toss to coat.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 6 green onions, garlic, and ginger; sauté until onions soften, about 2 minutes. Add honey, peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, and chili-garlic sauce; whisk to blend. Simmer sauce 1 minute. Cool to room temperature. Pour over pasta and toss to coat. Add sprouts and carrots; mix well. Transfer to platter; sprinkle with remaining green onions.

Makes 8 side-dish servings.

If perhaps it's a fruit it includes seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.
