I'd recommend marinading the chicken in the bbq sauce over night... add a little black pepper, salt, minced garlic or garlic powder for extra flavor, or you can use whatever marinade you like, chicken is pretty good at absorbing the flavor.

Take the chicken out of the marinade and wipe off as much of it as possible, place them in a baking dish and back at 350F for 50 minutes to 70 minutes, depending on how large your chicken legs are.

After 30 minutes of baking, you can start brushing on fresh bbq sauce every 10 minutes to help form a nice glaze.

Just keep an eye on them since bbq sauce has a lot of sugar and may cause the skin to burn... you need to flip them and brush more sauce when they look toasty.

1 (1 lb.) container chicken gizzards &
livers
1 (1 lb.) bacon
1 jar favorite BBQ sauce

Wrap each gizzard/liver with bacon. Secure with toothpick. Place in shallow baking pan. Cover with BBQ sauce. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cover again with BBQ sauce; turn off oven and let set in hot oven another 15 minutes.

I put BBQ Sauce on the chicken and I put it in the refrigerator until I heat the oven to about 325 and I cook them for about 45 , minutes. if using chicken breast cook for 25 minutes and they come out tender. good luck.

Use a roaster tray or cake cooling pan to keep chicken legs elevated as they cook in the pan.

Put chicken in ziplock bag with marinade couple hours before to flavor them up...

Use BBQ sauce or marinate yourself with Soy, Brown Sugar, Couple tablespoons of favorite jam, and couple tablespoons vinegar. Taste for flavor before pouring on chicken.....

wash chicken with lemon or lime ,pepper and salt to taste ,mix ketchup with honey to give it a sweet & sour taste ,place chicken in oven after 20 mins in over base chicken with the ketchup & honey doing so every 10 mins ... awesome
