Here is my list - sugar, corn syrup, egg whites, water, a little bit of salt, and flavoring (such as almond extract)

i don't know but it sure is yummy!! :) actually, it depends... on what kind of nut you use. pistachios, hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, etc. and egg(optional) and honey or sugar.
