i need to know whats an easy inexpensive healthy meal that doesnt take forever to make but taste delicious...and oh w/o red meat if its possible.. i know its asking a lot but im out of ideas for tonight. thnx!

Linguine with clam sauce..liberally sprinkled with a GOOD Parmesan cheese on the top.....salad and warm french bread......on the side. DANG! I'm hungry now thanks ALOT!! lol!!;)

pasta twirls with a tomato sauce. Boil the pasta till its cooked. put it in an oven proof tin and mix with the tomato sauce. cover with cheese and crushed up crisps and bake for 10 mins - great dinner. serve with salad, olives and garlic bread. = fab

i make it every thursday - cos the kids go to karate lessons and i need a quick meal.

Grill chicken and grilled veggies. Marinade both in olive oil, lemon juice and seasonings of choice. Make rice for on the side. Simple and healthy. Good Luck...
