The turkey legs alone will take 45 minutes (2 drumsticks approx 1 1/4 lbs) @ 350 degrees.
Here's one of my recipes for turkey legs, esp good on a cold winter night:
Turkey-Barley Casserole
2 turkey drumsticks (approx 1 1/4 lbs)
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups barley
3 chicken bouillion cubes
3 cups boiling water
3/4 tsp dried leaf savory
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Parley sprigs optional
Bake turkey @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes, rolled in butter & turn occasionally.
Remove turkey & pour juices into pressure cooker.
Add onion & cook til tender over med heat.
Stir in mushrooms & cook 3 minutes.
Add barley, cook & stir 2-3 minutes.
Add bouillon cubes, boiling water, savory, salt, pepper.
Place cooked drumsticks on top & put lid on. Cook w/ regulator rocking 25 minutes (** or if using regular stove top/pot method, cook approx 1 hr 15 minutes, see note & web link below)
Cool, slice meat & serve over barley mixture.
Good w/ cranberry & green beans.
In case you don't have a pressure cooker, email me and I'll figure out cook time in a regular pot & crock pot ... or I'll edit that info in later if I get a chance :-)

gnerally one hour and turkey legs need to be cooked at 375 degrees with some sauce on them. also they need to be covered in the oven or they have a tendency to dry out

How long you cook turkey legs depends upon how large they are. They are done when the juice no longer runs pink when you pierce them to the bone with a knife.

if you're baking them, figure about 1-1.5 hrs, or until a thermometer reads 180. it's dark meat, so don't be too fussy. cook it till it falls off the bone if thats what you want.
