It is about 35-40 degrees out, would it be okay to shop on my lunch break and leave chicken and veggies in my car until 6 tonight without the chicken going bad?

Do you boil water before or after you put the eggs in? And how long do you boil water for? Thank you!

Hi Guys,

I am new to breadmaking and I made my first bread last week..an italian olive oil recipe. It came out great but could have been better.

I would like to know from you: which bread (italian or else) is best for dipping with Oilve oil. I think this is a great starter. Would anyone oblige me with names and recipes of such good breads?

Thanks a lot in advance!

Yogi

I don't use Crisco for any of my cooking, just Olive Oil. I wanted to know because i'm doing a project for my class, and i'm talking about how much grease some people use when their cooking, and that's what i wanted to know. Thank you for your help!

Having now successfully caught one (thanks for your suggestions earlier). I now want to know the most humane way to kill it. I'm reluctant to throw it straight in to boiling water as it's sqealing will annoy the neighbours but it won't stay still long enough for me to slit it's throat.

Any ideas??......

I mean what is a good mix for the pallet? Of course this is a subjective question just looking for ideas. First answer that is a little thought out will be best. Thanks for the help in advance just the same!

I made a porkchop and onion dish in my crockpot with barbeque sauce (which was yummy!) but some of it burned onto the sides. I soaked the pot overnight in the sink and it didn't help much. How can I clean it????
