Not e. coli but salmanella certainly. Most contamination problems would come from the outside of the egg shells or your hands and kitchen tools. wash the eggs before you crack them and be sure your hands and equipment is very clean and you should have no problems.

Of your thinking about making chocolate mousse, go for it. One doesn't have it that often, and you only have about an egg in one serving so you should be fine.

i know someone who has ecoli and they seem fine.
there must be diff levels.
