I WORK NIGHTS SO HAS TO BE EARLIER THAN 7PM MOST COLLEGES IVE FOUND ONLY DO THE SAME NIGHTS I WORK OR TO EARLY IN THE MORNINGS WHEN IM ASLEEP. I MAKE GOOD CAKES CAN DECORATE BUT NOT PROFESSIONAL WOULD LIKE TO DO MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING CAKE.

Try your local colleges as they probably offer the classes.

you have to look in local college courses. dont worry some courses are done in the evenings. this is your best bet
