rice and chicken bake, it's the best you have ever had.
use the quick cooking rice and then put it aside and after that boil the chicken until almost done and then put it aside, now in a baking dish, put on the bottom,
one layer of cafe style chips and then cheese on top of that and then your chicken and rice and then chips on top of that and cheese and then more chip and cheese and then on top of all that pour some cream of mushroom and on top of that more cheese
now bake this till all that is heated, about 30 minutes and then let it set for about 5 minutes and serve it with a green salad.
red wine goes very well with this dish too.
enjoy

One easy way to make chicken is:
SWISS CHICKEN BAKE
Arrange chicken breasts in glass dish (I used 2 chicken breasts)sprayed with pam...Sprinkle on garlic powder to taste...Lay on each breast a slice of swiss cheese...Smoothe a can of cream of celery soup (can use any cream of soup)mixed with 1/2 can of water...Pour on top of chicken...Top with bread crumbs tossed with butter (sometimes I use Fritos, or potato chips)...BAKE=325 degrees for 45 minutes or until done...
This is so yummy, and moist...Not dried out like some chicken meals...
