Do you have any corn meal, bread crumbs anything like that? Those would work just as well or even better. But if you don't have any, just go ahead and fry it plain. It will be a bit different, but will still taste yummy. Love fried chicken!

Use a non-stick pan pre heated on medium for a couple of minutes.

Roll your chicken tenders (white meat, no bone)
in a mixture of flour, salt, pepper, dill, and garlic

(A variation here is to dip the chicken tender in fat free italien salad dressing before rolling the tenders in flour mixture.)

Then flip the pieces in the pan and let cook a bit before moving them around or flipping them.
Turn and do other side. you may need to flip a couple of more times to get the amount of crispy brown you want.

Another option - skip the flour all together and drizzle with the fat free italian dressing before flipping into pan -- this tastes really good!

I like either with brown rice or cooked barley.

Let there be no mistake, fried chicken was never intended to be some healthy food.
REAL fried chicken has the skin on it, it has the bone in it, it is breaded with flour, salt, and pepper (as a minimum); and is FRIED in a black iron skillet with LARD.
Anything else, is NOT fried chicken. Maybe close, but it ain't fried chicken.

You can't fry anything in stock. It won't fry, it will boil. What is "chickenbattle"?

instead of grease, use chocken stock. Its much better for you anyway, and it works the same.
