Just eat it as is. Get some cocktail sauce, or make your own, dip and enjoy!
Homemade Cocktail Sauce
1/2 C Ketchup
1 T prepared Horseradish (not the sauce, just the grated stuff)
dash Lea & Perins
Mix all together and dip shrimp
Try adjusting the horseradish. If you like it 'hotter' add more, less, add more ketchup.
Enjoy the yummy shrimp. I have to pick some up today, I'm all out. Thanks for reminding me! :)

This recipe is normally for uncooked shrimp but you can just add cooked shrimp to the broth and you should have just as good results. This dish is delicious and its always a hit at parties.
KILLER SHRIMP
2 tbsps fresh or dried rosemary
2 tsps thyme
1 tsp black pepper
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
1/2 tsp fennel seed
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp crushed red pepper
2 qts clam broth** (if making with chicken, use chicken broth)
3 ozs tomato paste
1 stick butter
shrimp
french bread
Using a mortar and pestle, partially grind the rosemary, thyme, and fennel seed. Break the spices up rather than grinding them. In the end there should still be recognizable pieces of the rosemary, etc.
Mix the ingredients in a pot.
Simmer for an hour or two.
Just before serving, add raw shrimp.
Simmer until shrimp is done, stirring, about 2 minutes.
Serve in bowls.
Each bowl should contain a serving of shrimp and a lot of broth. The broth should almost completely cover the shrimp. Use unpeeled shrimp. The dish is eaten with your fingers. Dig out a piece of shrimp and peel it. Eat it. Soak up the broth with the bread and eat that. No utensils. This recipe makes a lot of broth.
**If you have the time, peel the shrimp down to the last joint, leaving that and the tail intact. Add the shells to the clam broth and bring to a boil, then cover and simmer at least 1/2 hour. Pour into blender in batches and process till smooth. Strain back into pot. Add herbs and remaining ingredients and proceed with the recipe.

Slice a couple of red and green bell pepper, mushrooms, and onion into thin strips. Saute in a medium skillet until cooked but not soft, add cooked (tail off) shrimp for the last minute (or shrimp will toughen). Heat some flour tortilla, and spoon on a little sour cream. Viola - Shrimp Fajitas. I make my own seasoning but be sure to salt and pepper!

I make a shrimp chowder---1 cup sliced carrots, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup celery, a small can diced tomatoes, and 1 bag of shrimp. Saute carrots, onion, celery in butter (or margarine). May add a little flour to thicken. Serve over rice. Yummy!

MMM! Cook up pasta- I like fettucini- but use lots of butter and seasonings, maybe some chives, stir up in a pan and if you like it creamy you can add some cream/ milk and parmesean cheese. Just throw the shrimp in last so they will not get tough, and only heat thru....You will have either a shrimp fettucini or scampi type thing!

You could make a shrimp scampi, broil them in lemon, garlic and butter and serve them over pasta. You can put them on a skewer and grill them. You can serve them with cocktail sauce as an appetizer.
