The best healthy and fast food I have come across has to be Seafood.
Take some time to find a good local supplier and go ahead and experiment. Get whole fish (mackrel and trout are personal favourites, both high in Omega-3 and low in saturated fat - and delicious!), and get your supplier to gut and scale it. Stuff with fresh herbs, season and drizzle with olive oil and white wine. Wrap this all up in a tin-foil parcel and stick it in the oven for 15-20 minutes at a medium heat - and hey presto, wonderful and tasty food.
Also goes well with Cous-Cous, which has to be the easiest thing to cook. Throw in some salad (always nice if you get some raw baby spinach, rocket, bitter leaves and drizzle with good olive oil and balsamic vinegar).

I say cook only breakfast, it's the easiest and cheapest. When you grocery shop, buy eggs, juice, loaf of bread, and whatever breakfast meats you like. Maybe even some whole wheat waffles and fresh fruit. For lunch, learn to make things like a fresh salad or sandwich and soup. You can eat out everyday for dinner, because you'll only be spending about 30 bucks a week on breakfast and lunch. There are healthy choices at every restauarant.

$200 a week on groceries is alot for 2 girls. I spend less than that for a family of four.
For breakfast items I suggest oatmeal and Special K. Also, always have eggs and bread on hand for a quick dinner.
Lunch items, I suggest canned soups, Progresso has some really good ones. Also deli meats and cheeses and bagged salads. Pitas and hummus!
For dinners always keep olive oil, pasta, jarred sauces in the house. You may look into finding a "meat guy". There are some that sell individually wrapped and marinated chicken breasts and steaks.
Always have fresh fruit and yogurt for snacks!
And of course, bottle water.

$200 a week - that's practically my food budget for the entire month!
You can eat anything you want, if you don't go out too much. I buy 4lbs of shrimp every other week, and meats, veggies... and still make it.
Get a crock pot, and make soups, stews, chili in it, and freeze the left overs - They don't take any time at all, dinner's ready when you get home, and it's pretty cheap.
I think the only way I could spend $200 a week on food is if we went out every day, and drank a lot - even then, I would be hard pressed to spend that much... unless it's a gourmet restaurant, then we could drop $200 in one meal.

a variety of rices would be good, because they are healthy and inexpensive. Leftover white rice is delish for breakfast heated in some milk and sweetened with brown sugar. If you don't like to cook much, eat alot of raw fruits and veggies. Stay away from processed foods that have alot of artificial stuff. If you decide to do rice, and want to keep it really simple, try getting an inexpensive rice cooker. I got mine from HSN, its wolfgang puck 7 cup and was around 20 dollars. You just throw all your ingredients in, push a button, and it does the rest. I use it every day and make pasta dishes in it too, like mac n cheese

You're working with a good dollar amount. I spend less than half that. Buy oatmeal, cereal, eggs, bread, cheese, fresh fruit/veggies (only buy what you can eat in the next 3 days or it'll spoil and go to waste) pasta, sauces, peanut butter, soups, tuna fish.

Frozen dinners such as Lean Cusine, Healthy Choice, Weight Watchers, etc. are usually very cheap but well balanced & pretty healthy at the same time.

That's a lot of money for one week for only 2 people. Go with fresh foods, fruits and veggies.
