My husband LOVES the homemade caesar dressing at Nick & Stef's Steakhouse in LA. They make it at the table, and the only ingredients I can remember them using are Dijon mustard, Worchester Sauce, Horseradish, Salt/Pepper, and Lemon Juice. They top the salad off with grated Parmesan Cheese. I want to make this dressing at home although I feel that I'm missing one or two key ingredients? What will make the dressing creamy? I don't remember them using mayo, or eggs. Would sour cream work? Any suggestions or recipes would be greatly appreciated! I want to make this as our Christmas salad. Thank you in advance!

I love the traditional apple pie and have made two for Christmas. But I want something different. I always like new recipes. SO the question is does anyone have a recipe for an apple pie that is in a graham cracker crust. I have the crust, apples, whip cream, nut topping, oatmeal, chocolate, and other stuff. ANY good ideas?

The doubled recipe calls for 4 cups of flour. It already has 3 cups in the batch and is the last ingredient to be added. Is there anything I can substitute or do I really need flour for the last cup for it to come out right? (I accidentally grabbed a bag of sugar instead of flour at the grocery store last week.)

I know the recipe for an omelet and I know what I am supposed to do.

However, I can never get the omelet to fold over in half nicely. It always ends up breaking. I've only managed to get to stay in one piece a couple of time and I still haven't figured out what I did right those times.

So..What is the secret? When I make my omelets, I always do a two egg with cheese and ham.

I just made a key lime pie and now I've got three egg whites left over -- what would be a good SIMPLE recipe to use them up? (besides just scrambling them, I've already had lunch LOL!) Every time I make these pies I always seem to waste the leftover whites because I can't think of anything good to do with them (and I'm not the sort of cook who's organized enough to save them for angel-food or anything like that), so I could use a couple of ideas here... Thanks!

I need to make breakfast for 6 to be transported on Christmas Morning for my family. Does anyone have any great ideas that are 1) easy to reheat, 2) diabetic-friendly, and 3) not a generic breakfast casserole?
