I'm not very good at cooking and I want to learn some easy recipes that aren't so simple that they're boring. I just would like some things to get me started. Any recipes would be very appreciated!

I don't need exact measurements, just ingredients that you use....if that makes it easier.
Thanks people!

I mean, horseradish sauce blows the top of your mouth off but it is excellent with Sunday lunch and roast beef, just a little dollop on the side. So you put the jar in a fridge but it deteriorates and you end up throwing it away. Is there anyone out there who can eat a jar of horseradish without their mouth dissolving and their tongue burning to a cinder??

I received a very nice set of stainless steel cookware as a wedding gift. While very pretty, Im finding them almost useless for cooking. Everything sticks, they're difficult to clean, and Im using my old non-stick pans instead. Should I simply leave the stainless out for decortive purposes, or are stainless steel pans better for some applications?

I have six leftover filet mignon steaks. Unfortunately they are more medium than rare, so I just can't heat them up. I thought about using them in a crock pot recipe in place of round steak. Will that work out ok? Or do you have another idea? I have to feed my family of 9 tonight with them.
