Pasta. You can mix most anything in it. Just boil some up and add to a sauce pan where you've made up some chicken, shrimp or even beef or pork with some olive oil. You can easily make a tomato sauce for it with a can of sauce, a can of paste and seasonings that you prefer. I season mine with garlic salt and a bit of sugar. You can add veggies. Most of the time I toss my pasta with shrimp or chicken, olive oil and lots of garlic.

Tuna Casserole is something you can make out of a cupboard.
This recipe has milk and cheese in it (which implies you'll have to go to the fridge), but everything else is out of the cupboard.
TUNA CASSEROLE
Boil pasta (whatever kind you like, we usually use egg noodles)
1 can cream soup
1/2 can milk
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup onion
1 can peas
2 cans of tuna
1 cup shredded cheese
Just mix everything together, top with cheese and bake for about 25-30 minutes at 350 Degrees. I usually add whatever spices sound good at the moment, and occasionally add a small can of mushrooms also.

Take a couple of the little boxes of macaroni and cheese and prepare them according to the directions. While that is going on, either heat up some frozen mixed vegetables in the microwave or open and drain a can of mixed vegetables. When the macaroni and cheese are done, mix in the veggies. Easy and quick.

Try your favorite pasta w/ any cream style soup, add meat (chicken or tuna), and maybe some veggies or cheese.
Maybe a hoagie bun cut lenghtwise or English muffin split in half, toast bread add pizza sauce and favorite toppings, brown slightly in oven homemade mini pizzas.
Brown some ground beef, add can of tomato sauce, some cubed potatoes and choice of veggies, simmer until tender. Season to taste w/ salt + pepper. If desired add a couple packets of brown gravy for added flavor. (Quick stew)

It all depends what you keep on hand. An easy thing to whip up needs a can of tomato sauce (or diced tomatoes, or any canned tomatoes), tomato paste and a variety of spices (basil, garlic, oregano, parsley). Mix all this together to taste and let simmer. It makes a great spaghetti sauce. If you have capers or black olives on hand, you can throw that in for a nice puttanesca sauce. Serve over noodles.

Depends on what you have in your cupboard. If you have pasta, chocolate sauce and fish fry coating, not much...
