There will be about 9 or 11 people coming to my house tomorrow, I was going to make chipped ham barbecue in the crock pot. How many pounds of shipped ham should I use for that many people? Is there a chart/guide somewhere?

A few years ago my family and I went to Montreal for vacation. While we were up there, we went to this bakery place and they had chocolatines (I think that's how you spell it). They were little pastry bread things with chocolate on the inside and they were really really good. Unfortunately we're too poor right now to go on vacation to Montreal again. So I've been looking for recipes, but I can't find any. Does anyone know any good recipes for this?

I made microwave hard candy and I let it cool in a glass bowl... but now I can't get it out! I greased it before, but...

Any ideas on how to get it out?

And I'm not willing to break the bowl, so don't tell me to break the bowl.

I really have gotten into cooking lately, but I run out of ideas for dinner! The things I cook mostly are spaghetti, hamburgers, and chicken, but I am looking for more dinner menu ideas. If you can, tell me the main dish and side dishes.

I was making my 10th batch of no-bake cookies. I washed and dried the pan between batches. I used a different burner on the stove; I think this one may be hotter. Same ingredients I've been using, and this batch looked different when cooking and came out just crumbs. I may have put in a little more cocoa. Would that cause this problem? They won't stick, I have a pile of cocoa oatmeal crumb topping.

I found a fondue recipe online that calls for shredded cheddar cheese. Do I purchase cheddar cheese from the deli in the cheese box or do I get the Kraft Chedder Processed Cheese?? I'm lost because it doesn't specify. But in my fondue cookbooks it says that processed cheese is not good to use with fondue. What do I do?
