There will be about 9 or 11 people coming to my house tomorrow, I was going to make chipped ham barbecue in the crock pot. How many pounds of shipped ham should I use for that many people? Is there a chart/guide somewhere?

1/2 - 3/4 pound (cooked weight) per person - figuring normal people and side dishes. This will leave some extra, but will ensure people who want them can have seconds. Have a great BBQ!

Well, if you figure around 2 oz. of ham per sandwich, then that's 8 sandwiches per pound. If 50% of diners want seconds, then you need 14-17 sandwiches. That's ~2 lbs. of ham.
