Any meat would likely have all sorts of preservatives involved in the processing. Most other prepared breakfasts (cereal, instant oatmeal, breakfast bars, pancakes, waffles) have a ton of extra stuff in them. Store bought juices generally have added sugar or preservatives. Bread has a ton of stuff in it, much less any spread you'd put on it.

Cook and serve oatmeal generally lists just rolled oats in the ingredients. Boil it in water and add milk and honey and you've got probably the simplest breakfast possible. Add some fresh juice or fresh fruit and you're good to go... Even toast has more ingredients!

Cereal.

All you need is a box, a bowl, a spoon, and some milk. Can't get any simpler than that.

You could also try making melted-cheese sandwiches... it's very easy and quick. You just butter one side of a bread slice, put the buttered side down on a pan, put cheese on top, then butter another slice of bread and put it on the cheese (with the buttered side up.) Then you cook away until the cheese melts or the bread starts looking like toast.

And pancake mixes too... you just add water or something, pour it in a pan, and presto!- pancakes.

Krusteaz (or similar) pancake mix.

No milk, no eggs, hardly no time needed to prepare.
Only thing you need to add is water.

Occasionally, I'll spike them up a bit by adding a few frozen blueberries to the top of each pancake just after pouring onto griddle.

Fast, satisfying, one ingredient -- hard to beat as an occasional meal.

get a box of pancake batter powder, all you have to do is mix in water and cook em on a griddle or a frying pan. be sure that you don't get the box that requires you to mix in eggs, milk, and oil. you can get that, but you wanted limited ingredients.

I usually bring oatmeal.

I cook enough for a few days and then portion it out.

You can add different toppings to flavor it and make it different and the not the same each day.

dried fruits, peanut butter, brown sugar etc.

Or you could have it plan. I like some ready cook bacon with it.

Oatmeal
Pancakes
waffles
they are all relatively simple to make. Pancake mixes do come prepared so all you have to do is add water and mix.
