My Grandma has passed and the recipe with her. I would love to find out how she made her homemade fudge. It was a chocolate fudge with a distinct Hershey's cocoa flavor. It was not chewy, but actually somewhat hard with a melt-in-your-mouth powdered texture. I couldn't get enough of it as a kid. Does anyone know how to make such fudge?

It's as tough as an old boot, but there's so much left I can't bear to throw it away. I'm looking for a recipe that can somehow transform it into an edible dish. Thanks.

I'd like to make my own cranberry sauce this year for Christmas and have a handful of nice recipes to look through, but what I want to know is, can you freeze it and defrost on christmas morning. Also for the two diabetics in my family can you make it with a sugar substitute?

My husband gets bored very quickly and easily with sandwiches despite a large variety of toppings. He is happier with dinner-type lunches and I'm happy to ablige. It's easier for me to send left overs from the night before than to make up a sandwich anyway. But when it comes to snacks, because he likes as much variety as possible, I rack my brain trying to constantly come up with new ideas. I've used snack bars, nuts, fruit, dried fruit, pudding, cut veggies with dips, etc. He's not a fan of chips or crackers with lunch. Does anyone have some DIFFERENT, EXCITING and yet still simple to put together snack ideas for my grown, 265lb, 6'2" husband?? hahahaha. Please. I feel so sorry for him and I can't seem to think of interesting enough lunches for him on my own.

I made some homemade chili but I got carried away with the tomato paste and tomato sauce. Now it's too thick and resembles a spicy tomato sauce for spaghetti. How can I save it and turn it back into chili?

I was given a plastic spoon with a dry mix for dip attached. All I had to do was open the mix and add sour cream and mayo. I would like to duplicate this or make other recipes but can't find any. Anyone have any ideas?

Should the pot roast be entirely submerged, half sumerged, not at all submerged and on a rack above the liquid? Does liquid requirement vary from meat to meat? Thanks for your time.
