I like Hot Chocolate the way it was originally made.
With bittersweet chocolate, milk, vanilla, honey, almonds, whipped cream, and a diced chili pepper cut in half.
See recipe below, this is essentially the first recipe for hot chocolate that was brought back from Central America centuries ago.

My brother & I nonetheless drink it with the small marshmallows. i like to take my trucker's espresso mug & fill er up with warm chocolate on the truckstops yet they do no longer serve marshmallows. Have ya ever tried warm chocolate with the peppermint candy can/stick? Mmmmmmm, stable!

Love them both!!!! The marshmallows get nice and gooey and melt in your mouth when they heat up.....and the whipped cream is good right away...I'm a big kid when it comes to hot chocolate!!

Don't like marshmallows but whipped cream is OK; Coffee-Mate is also good. I like hot chocolate with peanut butter on toast; my fave

I prefer whipped cream, but marshmallow creme is good too. I am not crazy about big waxy marshmallows floating around in my drink, though.

Hell yeah! I make my hot chocolate, then put some marshmallows on top, and put it in the microwave to melt the marshmallows a bit. DELICIOUS! They get puffy and gooey.

I don't like the marshmellows that comes in the packets b/c they remind me of the ones that come in cereal..they're too crunchy! I do like to put marshmellow cream and whipped cream though! top it off with some chocolate shavings! yum!
