I am not sure how detailed you need to be....are you just really picky about making pizza, or are you doing this for a class project?
Dough:
1. Water
2. Yeast
3. Flour
Pizza:
4. Tomatoes
5. Garlic
6 Oregano
7. Mozzerella
8. Olive oil= 8 ingredients
If you want more toppings, and you can buy ready-made sauce and dough:
1. dough
2. sauce
3. mozzerella
4. 5 pizza toppings. =8 ingredients

That will be a fairly sad pizza as the crust alone has at least 6 ingredients in it and Lord knows how many are in the sauce.
FOR DOUGH:
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 1/2 c. flour
(If using self-rising flour, omit salt in dough.) Note: Unbleached flour can be used in this recipe.
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining dough ingredients; beat vigorously, about 20 strokes. Allow dough to rest (about 5 minutes)
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Divide dough in half. On lightly greased baking sheets, pat each half into a 10 inch circle. (Continue to flour fingers when patting dough into circles.)
Spread sauce on each circle. Arrange your choice of toppings on top and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is brown and filling is hot and bubbly.
Makes 2 pizzas.

Decide what type of pizza you want to make...invite 7 friends over and tell each to bring one of the necessary ingredients that you already have in mind....make, bake and enjoy.

For the topping or for the whole pizza?
For the pizza that would be flour, water, pinch of salt, some fat etc, but for the topping you should stick to the basics...
Pineapple
Ham
Anchovies
Garlic
Sweet Chillies
Tomatoes
Cheese
and Diced chicken
