You know a ommellettee at any time is good - morning, noon or night. I love em. The way i do it is:

1. Chop up mushrooms and onions - fry until soft.
2. 3 or four eggs are then whisked. I add some chopped tomatoes and a few spices, garlic etc plus the mushroom and onion.
3. fry the mixture gently in a wok, adding some lemon juice to taste

this is damne nice and will cheer u up on a damp hungry evening. have u got any ommelette suggestion that i could use ?

We have a big supermarket, that sells live lobsters I,ve always wanted to try one, but don,t want to go in sound dense, now do they kill them before they give them to you,the thought of putting a live lobster in boiling hot water does,nt sit well with me, & do they give you instuctions on how to cook them, thanks for serios answers.
