I am looking for the recipe that you mix all the powdered ingredients together and stored in a container. When you want a cup of hot cocoa, you put 2 or 3 teaspoons or tablespoons (don't remember which) in your cup and pour hot water over it.

I do know that powdered milk is in it.

The mix will make several cups, does any body have this?

My Rival hand mixer just burned up mixing some oatmeal cookies today.-- what brand (economical) for a retired guy-- can someone recommend? Needs to be hand held with 5 speeds I think.

Thanks.

She left it in there for 12 hours, but I still think the turkey has a funny taste. She has been cooking for around 40 years.

PIZZA HUT'S PAPER-THIN CRUST

FOR THE PIZZA DOUGH/CRUST:
2 cups water (105 degrees F) 40 degrees Celsius
1/2 teaspoon yeast
4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups cake flour (self raising)
3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil plus more for pans (trays)
2 teaspoons salt
TO PREPARE THE DOUGH:
Add the yeast to 1/4 cup of the warm water and set aside to proof. Combine the proofed yeast mixture and remaining ingredients in a mixer and knead for 10 minutes. Place in large bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Allow to ferment as long as possible (12-24 hours). Punch down dough now and then when you get the chance.

Looked on the net but couldn't find one that wasn't adapted for simplicity/convenience. Maybe I didn't look hard enough?

Mine doesn't rise and its too moist and heavy after baking...frankly it sucks! I have tried two different recipes, my mom's which was always good when I was a kid and one I pulled off of the internet this morning....I was really hoping for good bread. My yeast was new and fresh, I followed the directions exactly. I read some answers to this same question that other ppl asked. Some said room temp? I live in Florida and we us A/C...could that be it? I also read that you should really knead the dough well...but then in another it said not to OVER knead the dough. I'm confused...will someone please give me a recipe and directions to make a good loaf of white bread PLEASE? Also, any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

I'm new to cooking with wine. We have some dry red wine--it's not expensive but it's not cheap. Is it a good match to cook with boneless skinless chicken breasts? Do you have any ideas? I have used Marsala but was thinking maybe I'd try what we have on hand. Also if you have any tips on cooking with wine/alcohol, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks everyone!
