You need heavy whipping cream to make whipped cream. Any other type of cream does not have the fat content required to thicken the whipped cream.

it depends on what you mean by "best" you can whip non fat milk if you want to. The main thing is to make sure your cream and utensils (bowl & wisk) are really cold. I put mine in the freezer for at least 10 minutes before starting to whip.

heavy whipping cream is the only thing you want. Make sure it is cold and if you can, freeze your beater whip and bowl in the freezer for a little bit beforehand......Nothing else will work.

whipping cream is full cream and works better, but half and half will work too. just not as well

condenced milk......why? well i dont know why, it dont matter.........the secret to whip cream is the air you can whip into it....thats why its called whip ......the faster you whip the more air, that makes your best whipped cream
