I have a recipe for
Sugar cream cake
1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter {melted
2 eggs
mix together pour in glass cake pan { batter will be thick}
1 bar cream cheese {soft
1 egg
1/2 stick butter {melted
mix together with mixer pour over batter
bake at 350 for 25-30 or until cake is golden brown and edges pull from side of pan.
My father loves this recipe I also have one for
Pumpkin dip
1 bar cream cheese
2 1/2 cups powder sugar
1- 16oz can pumpkin
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Peppermint candy Cheesecake
1¼ hours 20 min prep
Change to: Cheesecake US Metric
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter, plus
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 eggs
1 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup coarsely crushed candy canes
whipped cream
chocolate leaves
more coarsely chopped candy canes
Preheat oven to 325.
Blend graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup melted butter in bottom of ungreased 8" springform pan; press mixture evenly over bottom.
In blender or food processor, blend sour cream, remaining 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, flour and vanilla until smooth.
Add cream cheese and blend; then blend in 2 tablespoons remaining melted butter until completely smooth.
Stir in crushed candy canes,then pour mixture over crust in pan.
Bake in lower third of oven for 45 minutes.
Remove; allow to cool.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
The chocolate leaves will form the petals of a poinsettia flower, with the crushed candy canes in the very center

This is a brazilian tradition: very good
FLAN
(Brazilian style)
INGREDIENTS:
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk.
3 eggs.
2 cups of milk.
1 cup granulated sugar.
PREPARE:
Preheat oven to 325 °F.
Heat one cup of granulated sugar in small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir constantly until sugar dissolves and become caramel colored.
Quickly pour onto bottom of a deep-dish 9-inch pie plate. Swirl around bottom and sides to coat.
Mix in a blender: sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and milk.
Pour into prepared pie plate. Place pie plate in a large roasting pan. Fill roast pan with tap water to about 1 inch deep. (pie plate should not float).
BAKE for 90 minutes in moderate oven or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Remove flan from water. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
SERVE:
Run a table knife around edge of pie plate.
Invert serving plate over pie plate.
Turn over and shake gently to release flan.
Caramelized sugar forms the amber sauce.
Serve refrigerated.
Hint: Flan will release easily from pan if stay refrigerated overnight. Prepare your dessert the day before.

lb white almond bark (Must be white)
12 semi sweet choc chips
1 tbs veg oil
1 cup peanuts
2 cup rice krispies
1 cup mini marsh mellows
coconut
marachino cherries red and green
melt 12 oz choc chips with 14 oz white almond bark (save out 2 oz.), mix peanuts, rice krispies, marsh mellows into mixture. spread mixture onto pizza pan. cut and halve all of a six oz jar red marachino cherries. cut and 1/4 3 tbl green marachino cherries. spread cherries over mixture. top with coconut. melt remaining 2 oz white almond bark with tbl of oil. drizzle over Chocolate pizza. Chill eat enjoy.

CHRISTMAS CUT OUT COOKIES ingredients: *1 cup butter or margarine *1 1/2 cup powdered sugar *1 egg *1 teaspoon flavoring (such as vanilla or almond extract) *2 1/2 cups flour
*1 teaspoon baking soda *1 teaspoon cream of tarter *1/4 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION: Cream together the margarine or butter, powdered sugar, egg and flavoring. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill. Cut into Christmas shapes with cookie cutters. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes.
Frost with Vanilla Butter Frosting and decorate with sprinkles.
You can freeze the cookies ahead of time, then take them out and frost when you need them.
VANILLA BUTTER FROSTING ingredients: *3 cups powdered sugar *1/3 cup margarine; softened *1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
*About 2 Tablespoons milk
INSTRUCTIONS: Mix powdered sugar and margarine. Stir in vanilla and milk; beat until frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency.

Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pan.

PREPARATION: Beat eggs slightly; add sugar and beat well. Add syrup, flavoring, salt and melted butter or margarine. Spread pecans over bottom of pastry shell and pour egg mixture over them. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, for 45 mins or until done.
