I am making tukey noodle soup and thought I would go with whole heat noodles but I am afraid they look like they are falling apart. If these don't work is there any way to salvage the stock I worked so hard to make?

Whole wheat noodles cook faster so strain them out now, then add back to soup right before serving......

you can always strain out the noodles and try saving your stock! A better noodle to use for soup is an egg noodle!

What I think you could do is strain the soup using a strainer, and then it wil seperate the stock and the noodles.
