One time when I was a kid, I was at a friends house and his mom had made some rice patties or rice cakes. They were made with rice and were sweet. I've searched for recipes and can't find any! I'm hoping someone here may have one!

when u are cooking sugar just by itself then it turns the color black it doesn't taste good is it suppose to taste like sugar or even sweet for that matter. is it me thats not making it right or what because i need help

Can you give me any low point recipes for homemade foods?:like.. dressing, greens , any type of side dishes, and desserts I also love having homemade mac and cheese and homemade candied yams for thanksgiving . does any one have an alternatives.? that is currantly on weight watchers program

I oreded a specialty cake made, then the guys putting on the party forgot to notify that the date was getting moved to the 31 instead of the 28, now I don't know have to keep the cake fresh since it's too late to ask the baker to wait about cooking the cake. Can anyone tell me if I can freeze it or what?

allrecipes.com has THOUSANDS of recipes that involve stuff like Campbell's soup, plus Tater Tots, plus Velveeta, plus Corn Flakes, plus margarine...

Apparently wildly popular cuisine in some areas. Who knew?

It's got me thoroughly curious. And the other half here genuinely likes some stuff that I think of as a bit white-trashy -- cream of mushroom from a tin, Kraft Dinner, &c. So if it's not done entirely as a joke, it might end up as good comfort food. Er. Maybe.

I'm figuring the main dish is one of those Tater Tot casseroles, and dessert has got to involve Cool Whip, but am open to suggestions. I'm at a loss for side dishes. Spinach salad would seem very weird next to something made with an entire jar of Cheez Whiz. What on earth are the vegetable sides here?

(And please stop giving me a dirty look. Like you didn't squeal 'ewww!' the first time you heard what 'sushi' was.)
